Our 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you ample time to decide if your mystery parcel is right for you. If you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you also have your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at noworriesgifts@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
We take great care in packaging your mystery parcels, but if something goes wrong, we're here to help. Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or if you've received the wrong item, contact us right away. We will assess the issue and work quickly to make it right for you.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
While we aim to accommodate most returns, certain items are non-returnable. These include: perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom or personalised products, and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about a specific item, please get in touch.
Please note that we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
